Bio
Philip became the first Pegasus patron in 2000. His relationship with the theatre began when he was a teacher at a local Middle School. His passion for writing and helping young people to unleash their creativity expressed itself in his playwriting for school performances and he would bring groups of students to see plays at Pegasus as well as getting the resident companies (like Theatre de Complicite) to lead workshops at the schools. Philip has been closely involved with the theatre ever since and has given significant help to the fundraising campaign for the redevelopment of the theatre by hosting events, making donations and being a keen ambassador on our behalf.
