Bio
I studied Interior Design at University. I have lived in Oxford for 2 years, really like all the Arts in general and have been working in cafés since leaving University. In Oxford I worked at Georgina’s before coming to Pegasus. I’m very excited being a Catering Supervisor as it gives me useful managerial experience and I am free to use my creativity. I joined Pegasus in July 2010 just when it re-opened with the brand new modern building so I was able to put my own ideas into the setting up of the café, creating a new menu, pricing etc…The best bit about my job is the creativity it allows me, such as making themed food to link in with particular shows.
Each day is different here which makes it all the more enjoyable – I never get bored! My big passion is design in general. What I love about Pegasus is the opportunity it gives me to bring my interest in design into practice with the development of the café in all its aspects.
