Bio
I read Law at University in my country of origin (Albania) and in 2005 I trained in Business Accounting and Finance at EMBS (Ethnic Minority Business Service) in Oxford. Once qualified, my first job was with East Oxford Action doing booking-keeping. Since then I have been working with other local businesses in Accounting Management and am currently continuing to update my accounting skills studying with the Association of Accounting Technician. The nature of my job means that I continually need to keep up to date with the latest accounting software and systems.
At the moment I am very busy, as alongside studying, I work 3 days a week with a local business and since 2008 have been also working 2 days a week with Pegasus. I particularly enjoy working with Pegasus as it allows me a lot of flexibility to juggle my many roles, giving me freedom to work from home when necessary – which allows for greater balance between my work and home life (as I also have my 2 children who require my attention!)
