Bio
I trained at Lewisham College and Northern School of Contemporary Dance and while at Northern, I represented England for the International College festival in Japan.
On leaving school I worked nationally and internationally with many different companies and independent choreographers such as: Carol Straker Dance Company, R.J.C, Concert Dance, Gelede Dance, Lea Anderson, Derek Williams, Stuart Arnold and Paul Henry.
I have also choreograghed for theatre, film and TV (Carol Straker, MCLW, as well as the International Symposium and festival on Composition in Africa and the Diaspora, Gat Decor’s “Passion”, Sister’s of the Nile productions “Perception of a black man” and many groups, schools and colleges throughout England). I have also been an advisor on movement and dance throughout Europe.
I am one of the co-founders of Gelede Dance, where I taught, performed, and choreographed for the company.
I am currently working at Stagecoach Chigwell, and as a freelance tutor/choreographer and have been the Dance Coordinator at Pegasus for the last two years.
