We’ve started a new year and at our Committee meeting we talked about how we could tell lots of people about how great Pegasus is!

Keep you eyes open for us visiting neighbours and local clubs and schools – we’ll be telling you all about the shows and the amazing things you get to do here.

All the members committee are now separated into houses and we are in competition to tell the most people about Pegasus. The ones who tell the most people will win a prize! The houses are Pegindore, Peguflepuff, Pegitherine, Pegaclaw and Pegaslush.

11/11/11 Today is a very special day…

1.) It’s rememberence day

3.) Its national takeover day…

4.) …and this day marks the launch of Pegasus theatre’s member’s committee official page!

Takeover day evaluation:
It was a great success! I finally know what it feels like to be an adult! On takeover day, you get to try out peoples’ jobs at pegasus! You get to literally TAKE-OVER! Some of the jobs were: Marketing (You got to update the website blogs and upload photos
), Cafe ( serve people and make pegaslushes!), Reporters (take photos of takeover day and interview people), Programming ( You get to archive programs from previous shows so we know what plays we have put on! And look at clips that people send us about their productions, trying to persuade us to put them on!!), Box office (Book tickets! Sell tickets! Answer phonecalls!), RadioPeg (you get to make announcements to the rest of the theatre and play music!), and many, many more…

The great takeover day debate was: How the cuts to the arts are going to effect Pegasus! And what (For us) are the most important elements of Pegasus! We got so many opinions!
