As an organisation, Pegasus has always wanted to reflect the culturally diverse community that surrounds it, to make everyone feel welcome and included, and to give people who do not normally have access to the arts the opportunity of taking part.

Therefore, Pegasus strives to create a balance in the make-up of all of our groups and where projects are over-subscribed, we will give priority places to specific groups that are underrepresented.

Withdrawal and cancellation policy

1)    Pegasus will fully refund payment for a course if it is cancelled by us before it has started.

2)    If a participant withdraws from a course up to 3 weeks after the course starting, Pegasus will refund the remainder of the course fee. After 3 weeks no refunds are given.

3)    Once the course is running Pegasus reserves the right to cancel the course, or with the agreement of the tutor to combine it with another course, if the number of participants attending falls below 6 (for dance/ drama or puppetry courses) or 3 for (writing/ film/ making/ music courses). If this is the case Pegasus will refund participant’s payment for all the sessions that have been cancelled.
