On 4 September 2010 Pegasus enters a new and thrilling phase. We officially open the doors to our brand new home, and take a proud and prominent position as a major force in the cultural life of the city of Oxford.
What Pegasus is today pays testimony to creativity and inclusion. With our architects Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and main contractor Speller Metcalfe, we hope not only to have created an exciting architectural space, but a space that truly encourages and inspires. Innovative design and artistic intervention run hand in hand.
From the very start, young people, artists and communities have been instrumental to the development; this is now a space where they can continue to come together and share ideas, hopes and dreams. Pegasus is a space to enjoy and to use - but above all to own.
We are also pleased that the building is on time and on budget, and we now stand, eager and ready, to throw open our doors open to you all in September.
